Altex is one of the largest producers of round link welded chains in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, which are used in all industries.
The technology for the production of round link chains is equipped with the necessary unique equipment of domestic production and equipment of the German company “Wafios”, for the production of pilot, calibrated, heat-treated, traction and cargo chains for industry, including
– for agricultural engineering (cargo, traction, tethering chains);
– for general engineering – normal and increased strength, both cargo and traction;
– for river and marine purposes – cargo and holding chains, for mechanization and cargo handling devices;
– for the fishing industry;
– for the coal and mining industry;
– for special purposes (automotive and forestry industry, rail and air transport).
We manufacture chains and chain products in accordance with TU, GOST of Ukraine, EN, PN. DIN of European countries and drawing requirements agreed with the customer.
The chains are manufactured using rolled metal products with diameters ranging from 3 to 26 mm made of low-carbon and high-alloy steel grades.
The high level of product quality is ensured by the use of control and measuring instruments, testing machines and stands for chains of strength classes from 20 to 80 in all technological processes.
Altex produces chains that are separable:
round link chains are divided by size:
– short link type A (p/d<3.0);
– medium link (3.0<p/d<4.0)
Long-link type B (p/d> 4.0).
for the accuracy of link manufacturing:
– calibrated – version 1;
– uncalibrated – version 2.
Calibrated chains are characterized by high manufacturing precision and are used for sprocket work in chain drives.
Non-calibrated chains are used in various fields of technology.
The quality class of chains characterizes the strength characteristics of the chain and depends on the mechanical properties of the finished products. As the quality class increases, the strength characteristics of the chain increase.
In addition, acceptance tests of chains are carried out on modern testing machines.
