Production of tooling for hot forging and stamping

Altex manufactures tooling for hot forging and stamping (x/y/z -1020/540/510, weight up to 800 kg due to the DOOSAN vertical milling machining center).

All design drawings are developed at our enterprise by the design and engineering department, whose specialists develop drawings, 3-D models, and technical documentation for the die tooling in accordance with the customer’s order. This allows us to develop new types of forgings in the shortest possible time.

Dies for hot forging are manufactured in the tool shop. All technological operations, from cutting blanks for dies to heat treatment of dies, are carried out at our enterprise.

The dies are made from high-quality billets produced by the electroslag remelting method using modern four-axis CNC machining centers.

The company is able to and does fulfill orders for other companies.

– Dimensions of dies from 240×260 mm to 450×510 mm

– Weight of dies from 101 kg to 740 kg.
