Heat treatment services

The plant has equipment for heat treatment (products with a diameter of up to 600 mm and a length of up to 1200 mm), which allows us to provide quality heat treatment services.

Heat treatment of products is performed on:

– normalizing automated furnaces with a total capacity of up to 1500 kg/hour,

– quenched furnaces with subsequent tempering, which allows to obtain a uniform size and density of the micro- and macro-structure of the workpiece, and thus improve further machining, and as a result, increase the durability of the product as a whole.

The company provides heat treatment services for other plants in furnaces and units:

– SKU electric furnace – parts with dimensions ranging from 5mm x 5mm x 10mm to 100mm x 150mm x 150mm and weighing from 0.002 kg to 5 kg;

– AVR-5 unit for heat treatment of circular link chains of various calibers (160m.chain for 1 hour);

– electric furnace SNZ (working space 400mm x 800mm x 250mm, loading weight 220 kg);

– electric furnace SSHZM (working space 600mm in diameter, 1200mm in height, loading weight no more than 1150 kg).
