The plant’s agricultural machinery shop is one of the largest manufacturers of machinery and equipment for mechanizing livestock farms, machines for transporting and applying fertilizers, hay harvesting and grain processing machines, and is one of the important production links that includes a variety of metalworking, pressing and welding equipment.
The procurement operations are carried out using sheet shears with a cutting thickness of up to 32 mm and a CNC plasma cutting unit with a cutting thickness of up to 30 mm. The procurement operations of round and square metal, pipes, channels, angles, etc. are carried out using the Mig saw. The plasma cutting unit also provides for the manufacture of parts.
Turning (CNC machines, coordinate boring, horizontal boring) ensures the production of parts with a diameter of up to 2000 mm, carousel machines – parts with a processing diameter of up to 4000 mm, milling processing on the DOOSAN vertical milling machining center for products weighing up to 800 kg.
The gear cutting equipment enables the manufacture of gears with a maximum modulus of m=20 and a diameter of up to 1250 mm, and grinding equipment – with a diameter of up to 400 mm and a length of up to 2000 mm.
Cold forming presses with a force of 25 to 630 tf are used to manufacture parts from rolled steel.
Welding operations are carried out on semi-automatic machines. The production facility has areas for heat treatment of parts with a diameter of up to 600 mm and a length of up to 1200 mm (hardening, tempering, normalizing, cementation, and thermal treatment).
The final product is subject to painting or preservation (according to customer requirements).
