Altex has the capability to produce steel forgings by hot stamping weighing from 0.2 kg to 70 kg from billets with diameters ranging from 30 mm to 160 mm, which are semi-finished products for the manufacture of parts of various configurations used in various industries.
Forgings are stamped on process flow lines: heating the billets in induction heaters, stamping, and trimming the flake.
The use of induction heating is a clear advantage over gas heating.
The stamping production is equipped with technological equipment such as hot stamping presses (1600, 2500, 4000, 6300 t) and horizontal forging machines (800 t).
After stamping, the forgings are heat-treated – normalized in automated gas furnaces with subsequent descaling. If necessary, the final operation is carried out – minting, editing, and, without fail, control over compliance with dimensions and quality.
Our company provides forgings with minimal machining tolerances. The forging manufacturing technology guarantees precise adherence to the specified dimensions and technical requirements for the forgings.
Labeling is carried out in accordance with the norms and standards at the request of the customer.
The company’s structure allows for all basic and intermediate operations and redistributions, from drawing parts to manufacturing finished products.
The plant has a closed production cycle that includes production preparation and heat treatment with finishing operations. The tooling needs are met by the tool shop.
Altex stands for a wide range of products, excellent reputation, high technological level and quality.
Our development is based on open dialogue, strengthening of ties, mutually beneficial cooperation, and long-term partnership.
Altex products are supplied to many countries, primarily to the Baltic States, Poland, Germany, Moldova, etc.
