The quality of Altex products and its continuous improvement is one of the most important areas of the plant.
Our company operates according to the enterprise standard “Quality Management System. Quality control of manufacturing of parts and assembly units”. Quality control is carried out from the incoming inspection: compliance of materials, semi-finished products, components with the specifications, as well as their arrival at the enterprise with the relevant “Quality Certificates”. The Quality Control Department takes metal samples and the factory laboratory analyzes chemical and physical properties.
The QMS controls the acceptance procedure for products manufactured by the enterprise and includes operational control, finished goods control, classification of detected defects, registration, isolation and storage.
All products manufactured by the plant are confirmed by the “Certificate of Quality”, and the machines are also issued with the “Type Approval Certificate”
